Returns, Exchange, Refund and Privacy Policy

We strive to provide you with the best quality products to achieve optimum customer satisfaction. Our team at Lucy II perform strict quality control review on all products prior to shipping. However, in case there is an ‘Oopsie’ with your product, we can help you.


You have 7 days from the day you receive your faulty item to contact us and initiate the process to return or exchange your faulty item. We authorise the return for the following types of defects: poor quality materials, zipper defects, ripped or torn, obvious colour differences,or major differences between the product’s on picture on the website and the product received.

Please contact to initiate the process for your return within 7 days to be eligible for an Exchange.


We do not offer refund however we can exchange your item for another. See the Exchange section noted below. For any queries regarding refunds please contact for personalised assistance.


Exchanges are applicable within 7 days of receiving your items. Contact to initiate the process to exchange your items. Items that appear to have been worn or used during the 7 day window period will not be eligible for a return/exchange. All items should be returned in their original packaging.

Lucy II is not liable for the shipping or any other cost related to shipping of returned items. Shipping for exchanged items are also at the cost of the customer.


We do not store any information used to process payments on our website or any other infrastructure. Your personal data will strictly be used to support your experience throughout this website, to manage access to your account, and to process your order only.
